Questions we hear
Does Trevoriq approve or block payments?
No. Trevoriq shows what changed and how serious it is. The payment decision stays with you – Trevoriq has no access to your bank account.
Which documents can I upload?
In the pilot: supplier quotation, purchase order, order confirmation and proforma invoice, ideally as PDF. Commercial invoices and packing lists follow.
Does it only work for China?
No. The checks work for any supplier country and currency. China is where we start, because that is where our expert partner ChinaProfis has worked for more than 20 years.
What happens to my documents?
They are processed in the EU, never used for AI training and deleted 30 days after the transaction is closed by default. You can delete them earlier at any time.
How reliable is the AI?
Reading is AI-supported; arithmetic and comparisons follow fixed rules. Every finding shows its source, and uncertain matches are marked for review instead of being passed as correct. In the pilot we measure accuracy against real, anonymised purchases.
What does the pilot involve?
You check real purchases with Trevoriq and tell us what helped and what was missing. In return you get early access on preferential terms and direct contact with the team.
